We are entering a moment where technology is accelerating faster than human adaptation.

Most organizations are focused on adopting AI.
Far fewer are addressing how leadership itself must evolve.

In a Human + Machine system, the quality of the leader determines the quality of the output.

Who I am

I’m not an academic or a consultant observing this shift from the outside.

I’m in it.

As an executive, founder, board member, and advisor, I’ve operated across multiple seats—leading businesses, building AI companies, and working alongside some of the most innovative teams in the market.

From board roles across private equity, fintech, and insurance… to CEO roles, including leading Liminal Collective at the edge of human performance… I’ve seen firsthand how AI is not just changing technology, but reshaping how decisions are made and how organizations operate.

What that vantage point makes clear is this:

This is not just a technology transition.
It’s a leadership transition.

And it raises a deeper question that sits beneath every system, every strategy, and every organization:

What happens to the human in the Age of AI?

My work is focused on that question.
